On a personal note, Trey can attribute his success not only to his passion for homes but also his intuition and education regarding the psychology of buying and selling. With a marketing degree from Tennessee Tech and many years working he knows what it takes to get your house marketed and sold. He understands the complexity of people's needs which drives him to be the best he can be for his clients. 

Trey strives to deliver both results and an enjoyable experience for all parties involved and is readily available to answer any questions or concerns you may have throughout. 

Born and raised in the heart of the Upper Cumberland, Josh has had the privilege of calling the beautiful area home his entire life. He is passionate about serving his neighbors and community and he brings that same dedication to every real estate transaction. Whether you're buying your first home, selling your current one or searching for your dream property, he is here to guide you every step of the way. 

Challyn has always had a love for people and community. With more than 10 years of experience in customer service, She brings patience, organization, and a genuine desire to help others to everything she does.

Challyn enjoys being part of each step in helping clients find their perfect home. Behind the scenes, she keeps things running smoothly and makes sure every client feels supported from start to finish.

When not working, Challyn loves spending time with her family, exploring the Upper Cumberland area, and continuing to learn and grow in real estate.

 Born and raised in the Upper Cumberland, she has deep roots in Overton, Putnam, Jackson, Clarkrange, and Knoxville. After serving her community through several years in banking, she followed her passion for helping people by pursuing a career in real estate. 

When she is not working with clients, you will find her spending time with her three children—Rylee, Ramsey, and Remi Kate—supporting community events, trying new hobbies, playing tennis, or enjoying time with family and friends. She is also proud to serve on the Special Activities Board at UCAR and as a commissioned notary.

God has blessed her with a servant’s heart, and she is committed to providing honest, personalized service to help clients confidently navigate their real estate journey. She looks forward to helping them find a place to call home.
